North Devon & Exmoor Walking Festival 2008 Now considered one of the Best Outdoor Festivals This year's festival has 66 guided walks on offer. For the first time you can buy tickets for the walks on-line on the festival web site, or you can still phone to make your walks bookings. The Celebration Day is on Saturday at RHS Rosemoor. There are two free walks on offer, one around the gardens and another with one of the festival guides around the environs of Rosemoor. There is also a photographic walk with a local professional photographer on photographing flowers and the gardens. There will be an audio-visual presentation by Paddy Dillon, well-known walker and writer, on walking the South West Coast Path. On Sunday HF Holidays, one of the festival sponsors, will have an Open Day at Holnicote House, Selworthy. There are four free walks guided by HF guides.
