A picturesque self-guided walk taking you through one of the highest beech woods in the country, across country to almost certainly meet some Exmoor ponies. The walk will then take you past a well preserved Iron Age hill fort and then up the valley of one of the largest and attractive rivers to run off Exmoor, passing on the way the remains of an old copper mine.
